From your purchase date we may ship your order in an approximate period of 3 to 7 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking number.

Spiritum Tulum is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, import charges, or additional costs that may be applied in the destination country. Any such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Spiritum Tulum is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, weather conditions, or logistical inspections once the order has left our warehouse in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment using the tracking number provided.
